So, on Mon the 13 th we had our video released by JJ/Ray of JWStruggle, which is going great and we've had some great supportive comments, but we sent the link to a friend of ours who is a current JW but knows TTATT, and he replies, "Why would you do something like that? It's not going to help your case with the Elders at all!"
Case? Um, we didn't know we had a case.
But my daughter posted this topic a few months ago about what was going on with our family & the elders:

But I wanted to update a few things.
So the same night our video was released our Cousin Elder and another brother show up that evening UNANNOUNCED to talk about some 'concerns' they have. Cousin Elder introduced the other brother only as 'John' no last name, nothing about him being an elder in our congregation or anything. Not the COBE, or any other brother we know. Just John [CO?]. Oh crap! They know about the video. NOPE, it's about Hubby showing his NON-JW brother apostate pictures [ subliminal images in WT literature] when he was visiting him. Hubby assured them that he only had WT literature and explained that it was the 9/15/2005 WT that he showed his brother. Cousin Elder turns to Hubby and asks, "So what is the big deal about a few pictures then?" So then we explained that because of Hubby's brother showing their mom the pictures, she immediately started calling everyone we know and telling them that we've gone apostate. Never asked where the pictures came from, just tried and convicted us of all of this.
So Cousin Elder asks, "Why would you show him those then?" Hubby replied that his brother liked artwork that had images hidden in the picture and why does he have to excuse showing his brother WT literature when it's true.
Silence.
Several other things were discussed. John had very little to say. We were never asked if we still believed the GB was the channel for God's earthly org. or any of those questions that usually come up during a JC meeting.
But Sunday morning when I went to get the phone tie-in to see if 'John' was a CO visiting by chance, my pin # to get into their tie-in had been revoked. Haven't heard anything else yet. But the pin # "no longer authorized by the local congregation" was pretty telling of our execution.
Just for showing a non-JW WT literature,

Under the radar: Thank you for letting me know about my book being all over the internet. I've hired a lawyer and we're going after several of these companies because they're almost all BOOTLEG copies. I have 2 for sale myself on Ebay and Amazon, but any other than that, we're going after them. Especially the 'print on demand' copies.

I have just published my first book. ( consequences to follow )
by sieborg ini stopped going to the meetings last september and told them that i didn't want to be badgered.
to be fair, they have not visited or called in nine months, apart from passing on their hello's to my wife and daughter who still attend.
anyhoo, i have had a fair amount of time to do pretty much what i have wanted over the past 9 months and so i have just finished my book.

We don't believe they're the Wild Beast either, but I was just basing it on your comment and the WTS belief that it's the Wild Beast.
We have just recently walked away from them. It's wonderful having that freedom now. That' why we went aheadand told JJ to post the video, we knew it was done and we just didn't care anymore.

Which brings up another question.... If the WTBT$ is committing 'fornication' with the 'Wild Beast [U.N]' then don't we have the right to leave or 'divorce' them on that basis?
